SOURCE STRATEGY
Different Sources, One Qualification Standard

The requirement, the system and the delivery logic.
The network can include controlled, contracted, partnered, and evaluated sources, but those labels are not interchangeable. A controlled source sits inside an operating company's direct structure. A contracted source is available only under the terms and duration of an executed agreement. A partnered source depends on the partner's rights, operations, and obligations. An evaluated source is still an opportunity under review and is not represented as available supply.
Every source enters through a diligence record covering ownership or control, rights, permits, historical and current quality data, withdrawal conditions, sustainable operating assumptions, existing customers, infrastructure, access, treatment needs, load-out, transport, and the restrictions that travel with the water. The commercial team does not convert an estimated geological resource into a saleable daily capacity.
Portfolio inclusion is therefore a continuing decision rather than a one-time announcement. Documentation expires, permits change, infrastructure can go offline, and hydrological or commercial conditions can alter what is responsible. A source remains active only while its current record supports the claims and commitments being made.
