PORTFOLIO
Two operating companies, kept separate on purpose.

The requirement, the system and the delivery logic.
The portfolio's two flagship source companies — Aquifer Waterworks and Nativa Waterworks — are held under Everyday Water Group and led by the same enterprise leadership team. They are deliberately not merged. Each carries its own brand, its own customer relationships, its own quality documentation, and its own commercial routing.
Buyers reach the operating company that fits their requirement, not a shared switchboard. An industrial bulk requirement and a packaged private-label program are different businesses with different tolerances, and blending them tends to produce a platform that serves neither well. Separation also keeps claims honest: what one company can document about its own supply does not become a marketing asset for the other.
New additions to the portfolio are evaluated the same way. Rights and permits are reviewed before commercial conversations advance, quality history is examined independently, and infrastructure requirements are costed against realistic timelines rather than optimistic ones. Most opportunities reviewed do not proceed, which is the point of running diligence at the parent level.
