EXECUTIVE BRIEF

The requirement, the system and the delivery logic.

01

Everyday Water Group is the parent platform for independent water operating companies. It develops source relationships, standards, infrastructure pathways, commercial qualification, capital structures, and portfolio governance. It does not sell a consumer product under its own label, issue permits, regulate water, own an aquifer by assertion, or guarantee supply through a website.

02

Aquifer Waterworks and Nativa Waterworks remain separate customer-facing businesses. A requirement is routed according to intended use, source fit, quality, packaging, geography, logistics, infrastructure, and commercial structure. Documentation and a capability belonging to one company are not automatically representations of the other.

03

Exact sources, coordinates, capacities, rights, contracts, customer terms, infrastructure maps, security details, and private testing packages are not published publicly. A complete website can explain how the platform works without exposing assets or counterparties. Qualified parties receive the records required for a real decision at the stage when those records are appropriate.

OPERATING MODEL

What this module is built to accomplish.

1

Parent platform, not product label

The enterprise structures sources, standards, infrastructure, and portfolio decisions upstream of customer delivery.

2

Separate companies remain separate

Aquifer and Nativa keep distinct claims, contracts, documentation, and customer routing.

3

Complete does not mean exposed

Sensitive asset and counterparty records are shared only with qualified parties under appropriate controls.
