ENTERPRISE LEADERSHIP
One operating team across the portfolio.

The requirement, the system and the delivery logic.
Everyday Water Group is run by a single enterprise leadership team that also operates Aquifer Waterworks and Nativa Waterworks. This is a corporate management team holding commercial roles — source development, operations, quality and compliance, commercial supply, and finance. It is not a political body, holds no public office, and exercises no governmental function of any kind.
The team's remit is narrow and specific: originate and diligence source relationships, decide which opportunities the enterprise pursues, hold the operating companies to a common documentation standard, and sign the contracts. Day-to-day plant and account management sits with the operating companies. Where the same individuals serve both a portfolio company and the parent, roles and authorities are documented so that decisions are attributable.
Individual leadership biographies are not published on this site. Counterparties who reach qualification are introduced to the specific people responsible for their program, with roles and decision authority stated in writing.
